Dunvegan Lodge is a peaceful multi-roomed guesthouse nestled up against the fynbos covered slopes of Trappieskop Mountain in Clovelly. Our mountain oasis is known for its homely appeal and spectacular sunsets, with views over the Fish Hoek valley, the protected Silvermine wetland area as well as towards the Atlantic Ocean on the Noordhoek side.
The breathtaking vistas and mountainous backdrop aren’t the only things that make Dunvegan Lodge the perfect seaside getaway, but also its proximity to the Clovelly Golf Course, and the cultural hub of Kalk Bay. Clovelly Golf Course clubhouse is an easy 5- minute walk down the road, and boasts a picturesque course and driving range, as well as a classic clubhouse bar for a much deserved meal after a day on the course.
Lisa Redman is your host and she is waiting to welcome you to your, “home away from home”. In the tranquil country atmosphere of Clovelly, you are safe and secure at all times allowing you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Lisa is always happy to assist with the planning of an itinerary or the booking of a local restaurant, and has a variety of award-winning local wines on offer.
The luxurious accommodation offerings are all self-catering, spacious and air conditioned. Each suite has a separate entrance and deck/terrace with outdoor furniture and access to a weber barbeque (locally known as a braai). The guesthouse is also fitted with a solar solution so there’s no need to worry about load-shedding.
Lisa has chosen the symbol of the limpet shell to be the beacon of her guest house.
